Ive noticed the questions are not getting answers here, it thst because its mainly for scanning and changes very little settings/adjustments? I would of like to see you go into the suspension but you skipped to next page. Can this thing calabarate air suspension?

Does this model cover the entire spectrum of codes (i.e. P/B/C/U)? I have a friend that has a 2011 RX350, and the windows (and sunroof) randomly open by themselves. I think for that I would need something that reads body codes?

Excellent review, only complaint I have about this tool (mine is the 808 version) is that it doesn't perform biderectional component activation on my car. I need to test the electrical fan to see does it operate properly and this tool does not have this function. This is quite disappointing, so if you are thinking of purchasing one make sure you are aware of the tool's limitations.

Well done and clearly spoken review. It would have been nice to see some bi-directional features. I wish you would do a review for the MaxiPRO MP808BT.

Is the bluetooth VCI significantly slower than a hard wired OBD2?

Does it have a special function to reset or clear the adaptive values of the TCM or Transmission?

Can the scanner do a cylinder balance test and cylinder contribution test on the Chevrolet ford Chrysler etc

Can you power the unit through the USB by the vehicle or no? Ie if my tablet is dead if I connect it with the USB will it power the tablet?

Very poor on biditectional component activation. I have one and it cannot turn on and off the cooling fan.

All cars sold in the US required to have OBD diagnostic starting 1996. The amount of data you can get from cars back then was very limited. So the tool can only read the data that the car is capable of monitoring.

It is only a tool to lead you to the problem. You still have to know what you are doing to diagnose and repair your car.

Check out the price of scan tools repair shops use. This tool really won't cut it as the only code/scanner in a shop! The ones they use cost between 1500 and 12,000.00 !! The shops also need more than one scanner! So now you know why it costs so much to have your car worked on!! Also all the convenience of modern cars are part of the reason it costs soo much to work on your car! I love how the scan tool companies are trying to convince the public they can buy a scan tool and that tool will just tell them what is wrong with there car! Lol Its all a big lie to sell tools to public. Think about it! If it was as easy as plugging in a tool why would we need shops? I wish it was that easy then we wouldn't be spending thousands of hours and cash learning the trade!
