Autel MaxiAP200 - reading trouble codes, live data feeds

This video shows the use of an Autel MaxiAP200 OBD2 connector. The vehicle we paired the Autel to is a 2005 GMC Envoy. Automobiles built in the model year of 1996 should be OBD2 compliant. I use the AP200 with iOS devices. I will not be able to speak about the usage of Android applications with the MaxiAP200.
You will need MaxiAP200 and Diag-USA downloaded from the Apple app store to use the device. You should see a green light to show power to the tool when first plugged in. You receive one free download of a manufacturer's software. We downloaded the GM software to work with our Envoy.
You will be able to read and erase trouble codes from your app. Live data streaming from your motor and transmission brings peace of mind while towing. Heat is the number one enemy of the 4L60E in our tow vehicle. With the AP200, we can see instantaneous readings of our transmission fluid temperature.
