The liberal party needs to stop giving staffers - jobs at getting pre-selected into seats in state or federal politics. Unless you have done something - where you have a lot of experience dealing with people - you should not enter politics. That issue of woke = weak. Woke is how can someone find the place where they offend no-one else - but everyone else must lose they career or job if you don't agree to being woke. And labor love being woke - as that way - no-one in the room is smarter then they are. The liberals have to - talk to small & medium business owners - self employed - trades people - workers - a lot of workers are not in Unions - yet they need support - for jobs - and housing. That the liberal party set up an independent panel to vet applicants who stand for a seat in local - state or federal politics. That the person's background is vetted for things like social media - and any previous things they want hidden that show they should not enter politics.

After what liberal teamed up with Labor to do me during the scandemic, I will never vote for either of them ever again

We need responsible government that understands the danger of a top heavy system that ignores access to justice and other needs may only have a certain shelf life and a proper group will emerge. 20% currently support the Politicians currently in and out of power.

Wholly depends on leadership. Turnbull and Morrison did untold damage. Vote One Nation.

Liberals need to appeal to younger voters (under 45s), pure and simple, otherwise they will be crushed by the demographic tide. No longer can they rely on people getting more conservative as they age when secure employment and home ownership has never been further out of reach.

I'm not a fan of many Labor 'Big Ideas and National Projects' type policies but I have to admit, these are the things that can get people excited about Australia. The Libs seem to be offering not much more than "WE won't do anything stupid". It's a start, but hardly inspiring. And yes - the Liberal Party needs to stop trying to win left-wing voters over. Those people will never vote Liberal anyway.
