Australia's system not just at all. Only the onshore applicants get appeal rights while offshore applicants have no such rights.

This is so far the best info video I've seen offline. Thank you so much! I have received a visa refusal for Visitor Stream subclass 600. The decision maker had concerns over a Genuine Temporary Stay, given my source of income and length of stay applied for (12 months). The notice indicated that "There is no right of merits review for this decision." Your video says I need to RE-APPLY for my visa. Does that mean re-apply with DHA, or apply with AAT?

@@winatlife101 Hello, yes I did get the grant after my 2nd attempt. Here's what we did: 1. We consulted with a visa services agency 2. The agency asked for the same requirements, PLUS: - Proof of relatives and property in residence such as photos of my family, their IDs, and copies of land titles, etc basically anything that proves you have property in your residence. - You do have to pay the 150AUD again 3. I got the approval about 4-7 days after resubmitting.

Why these days visa application is taking so long...

I applied visa 866 visa and they gave me bridging visa A after more than 2 years i widraw my application and apply defacto 482 then i apply 186 as dependent of 482 visa but we broke up then i widraw my 186 visa application and my ex removed me as a defacto partner and then i left Australia. Everything is digital no so all that information is stored in database i.e. your name and passport numbers all indicated previous passports.

If you have applied for a subclass 143 or a subclass 173 than the applicant does not need to leave Australia for the visa to be granted. in 2019 I applied first for a tourist visa just myself after my high school with help of family members and no experts so they refused my visa for various reason major ones are being that I’m unemployed and GTE and after few months I have applied for a student visa after getting my CoE, they again refused due to GTE concerns so my agent told me you have to prove them you are a genuine student like you are serious about your studies so I’ve enrolled in Swinburne University (branch campus in Sarawak) it been almost two years I’ve completed my foundation course and 2 years of my civil engineering course I would like to know given how much my circumstances have changed will I be granted a student visa when I’m applying in the year 2022?
