    Never tire of your video’s Steve….beautiful sunrise and lovely fish. My old Dad always made sure he “cared for his catch” to ensure the optimum table fare…..this he instilled in my brother and I. Loved your preparation and recipe. Thanks again for sharing Steve.

    Thanks Nudge.. next time I'll coat them in flour.. then egg.. then coconut. It'll hold more coconut that way. Cheers

    Great catch and cook video Steve. You may have found the secret with cooking Australian Salmon, but I doubt my wife will cook it here, even with the Coconut and Curry Powder.

    Great looking cook up Steve People state the Aussie salmon is not the best I think you have done it justice in this catch and cook Caught 2 of the same this morning Will hope I can do them j as good as / like yours Thanks 👍

    You certainly know how to fillet a salmon mate , some lovely fillets there . Let us know how those off cuts go as bait if you use them . Only new to your channel but love your content and new sub . What part of the 90 mile beach are you on ?
