Thanks !!There are good chances! People from my company got as well.. I guess you need to be holding the 482 visa for 3 years and employer need to be willing to sponsor on that same/related occupation in which you were working.

@@amitkumarshah4853 Yeah..i guess that also might be there.. coz i moved from a student visa to 186 direct entry. You need to have 3 years of work ex and positive skills assessment..

Hi. Wanted to know that. For 189/190 visa If someone has 85 points & eoi lodged before me nd i have 90 point but eoi lodged after him. Will he b invited before me or higher points will b considered ?
Great Video. Appreciate it 👏. Can you confirm regarding the minimum experience needed for 186 VISA. You mentioned in video that 3 years experience needed. So that is with current employer or overall experience. Also, the 3 yrs experience has to be in Australia or overseas is also counted for 186.

Overseas experience is also counted. In my case too, it was 3+ overseas experience and 1 year onshore.
Hello, i wanted to know wht if i have completed masters and i got job but previously i had no work experience (overseas). Then what are the chances of employer sponsorship ???

Madam, I worked for a company for 4 years. For ACS do we need to submit the bank statement and salary slips for all the 12 months for 4 years? Please let me know.

They usually require two proofs of income stating your employer name..Begining and end of each financial year salary slips,bank statements should be enough..or, if you dont have either of these you can give form 16 for each year ,if you have that…I submitted every year start and end salary slip,bank statements..Also, put 1-2 random in between salary slips just to be safe.. Hope that helps!
