There have been crappy knock offs for a while. There are just that, crappy. If you don’t want to pay for one of these, just get the quest 3. Comparably it has terrible screens and a clunky UI, but it’s far cheaper.

Quest 3 trumps it in many ways and at a fraction of the price. AVP is literally a designer toy that hasn't got basics right like weight.

14 days no question return at Apple Store and full refund straightaway from Apple but your bank may take 3-4 busniess days to process the refund.

You definitely get what you pay for. Have a PS VR 2, I have the Quest 3. Neither hold a candle to the multimedia experience on the Vision Pro. The screens are so much nicer. Better UI too

What a waste of money, wow, $6,000AU you know how much it cost them to make at Apple Factory $700US that's what I heard I have a friend of friend in the United States that's how much they really cost them to make it and they make a very big profit that's horrible😢

It costs $1600USD for the materials, probably close to $2000USD to manufacture and distribute. And that's ignoring the almost 10 years of R&D Apple invested into the headset. Cheaper versions will be coming out in the next few years, the first version was only expected to sell 200-400k units in the first year.
