#2: If you’re renewing your visa in the same category and it’s still valid, or expired less than 4 years ago; or
#3: Certain visa applicants with any prior U.S. visa or U.S. travel: This includes students (F/M visas) and academic exchange visitor (J) visas, and workers with approved individual petitions (H, O, P, Q, and individual Ls).
