If 482 medium term visa nomination was approved before July 1st 2023 with salary 64K annum, will it affect when applying for PR in 2 years? According to the website TSMIT should be increased upto 70K by the sponsor when applying for PR.What will happen If sponsor not willing to increase ? In such a case do we have to leave Australia ?

Those are two seperate agreements. So if he wants to come to DAMA area he should be signing a DAMA agreement

Hi Bro, I just checked the link and SC 186. It says age limit usually 45 years and exemptions only for special categories such as scientist, researcher or technical (scientific) specialist. Is DAMA is different one and need to know the usual limit of 45 Y mean 45 Y and 12 months or can apply any one 45 plus. Appreciate your response. Good Luck!

Yes, You need 7 each for proficient English. If you have 7 for Speaking as well that is in order. You will qualify according to criteria with your age, but difficult to get 65 or more with competent level.
