Is there a floor plan for this home? Your tour was confusing and you didn’t say what anything was and didn’t open several doors so it was hard to keep up with what everything was.

Yeah, I kept thinking to myself "you didn't open that one." lol. And the spinning of the camera sometimes was too much to handle. If the video is 2 hours, we'll still watch it, I just wish it was an explanation tour or whatever people call it. But overall super great house and now all I need is to find 20 million Aus dollars and use some of that to build one like this lol.

@@SoominKimRE Good taste comes in all socio economic groups. When I say “These rich folks” I mean specifically these rich folks who are selling the house, proving that just because you have money, doesn’t guarantee you have good taste.

Mediocre. Worth $3 million tops, especially in the suburbs of a place like Austin, TX where you'll never get anywhere near what you paid for it when the housing market cools off.

Hi D.M., what would be a location that is not mediocre and that would meet your standards of value for a home? I ask because this location is amongst one of the most private, double gated, homesites with 5 acres, creating a buffer far beyond the build lines in the community of Spanish Oaks! And that is "$3m Tops" ?
