That curly part of the ribeye called the cap, is the best part of the beef . Better than filet!!

I haven't seen steak cooked so perfectly in a while. It looked delicious.

3:55 T-Bone 🥩 and Porterhouse are the same thing, the only difference between the two is that the filet side of the steak is larger on a Porterhouse than a T-bone steak. A Porterhouse and T-Bone steak are otherwise exactly the same cut of meat which is a combination of NY strip and filet mignon, with Porterhouse just having more of the filet.

You know what I appreciate most about Randy, it's not just his incredible appetite, but I love his positive energy. He gushes over every restaurant he goes to, and is so nice to the owners and staff, and on top of that he shares it with the world. He basically gives family owned small businesses free advertising. It is because of this that I love watching competitive eating. Their support for local businesses and the people running and working there are the reason I keep watching. Keep it up Randy!

Yes, at most steakhouses a 10 oz filet is the larger one. I think he said that one was 16 oz. Wow...

Damn dude that was expensive. We recently went to a fancy steakhouse and i had my first porterhouse.. basted in butter. It was good, no doubt... But i kinda find even cheap streaks as delicious. Guess i got simple taste! 🥩

$170 is actually incredibly reasonable for that much steak. At a top rated steakhouse, you could expect to pay that much for two steaks, never mind four
