I wonder how many are missing

The Modern building is 656 feet and is currently under construction. in Austin there are 60 projects over 300 feet in the works, with many of them currently U/C. #BoomTown

Loving the new projects going up.

Austin needs to start building near the Tesla mega factory.bunch of land over there

For Houston and San Antonio, building large, low-rise buildings is cheaper than building up because of the availability of land. Dallas has a height restriction due to Love Field airport (I’ve been told). Austin has more of an urban culture that favors high density over urban sprawl.

Unpopular opinion, but it'd be nice to see Corpus Christi getting this much development too. Being right on the water, I'm surprised it hasn't yet. Must be the poor leadership 🤷

Austin will be the first city in Texas to build a hundred story building a guarantee Houston ain't doing it Dallas ain't doing it and I don't know why Houston ain't Dallas and not doing it Austin will complete also would be the first city in Texas to build a hundred story building

And make you mad to see Austin building tall buildings in Houston supposed to be the four biggest city or maybe the third largest city and where they don't even have a 80 story building it's sad come on Houston you the third largest city you ought to have four or five hundred storage building

Houston is spread out. There is a reason it has so many people. Austin is much more dense

You do know that Houston is more dense than Austin right? By population density as well as built environment. And 7 of the top 10 tallest buildings in Texas are in Houston
