I love that you guessed both Aussies just by looking at them 🤣 mullets are actually pretty common in kpop now, but still you were right haha. Chris watches a lot of reactions, I can see him being very happy that you got Aussie vibes just from looking at him lmao Felix was born and raised in Australia, he moved to Korea in 2017 and could barely speak any Korean at the time. Chris was born in Korea but moved to Australia when he was a baby, then moved to Korea again when he joined JYP Entertainment in 2010 I believe. He grew up speaking both English and Korean :)

We say oh my god in Australia too. Just depends how you're brought up. I say oh my god but I remember getting told off by some people, and that I should say oh my gosh, but I could never shake the habit 😂

Felix: the only blond in this mv, Mullet Man (although the mullet is gone now); Chan aka Chris: Chanel earmuffs, the one who hits the button in the store, the first one you got got Aussie vibes from. Chris/Chan is the leader of the group and is 1/3 of the producing unit -- he made this beat (he also made the entire group). Yes, they're both real, legit Aussie. Chris was born in Korea but moved to Australia very young and grew up there. Felix was born and raised there. Both are from Sydney, both are Australian citizens (no longer dual citizens), both consider Australia "home," and both retain their thick Aussie accent and have started passing it on to the Korean members of the group.

They use a lot of play on words/double meanings in here and also added so many inside jokes that only STAY(name of their fandom) will understand. I feel like they took some inspiration from “How the Grinch Stole Christmas” and “Santa Clause”. Like it has that vibe? It’s very mischievous and fun and yet very Christmasy and is still very SKZ like. The clock Hyunjin and I.N we’re fighting over -Time on it 1st time: 8:01 (STAY anniversary) -Time on it the 2nd time: 3:25 (SKZ debut) LeeKnow with cats and filters- he’s a massive cat person and has a filter obsession Seungmins part: its hard to explain but the direct translation of his part is: “As I lay around at home, my eyes get swollen” -It can also mean- when you roll snow-it (the snow) swells→ its talking about making a snowman and his next line connects it→ “Will the snowman that I made yesterday be okay?” → It talks about lazing around and at the same time it about making a snowman. -The play with: “Feliz Navidad, Feliz Navidad I can feel the evil coming but Felix, never bad” -Not only is the play with the sound of Feliz and Felix(Aussie mullet man) Feliz means happy in Spanish and Felix means happy in Latin-> one is saying Happy Christmas and one is saying that happiness is never bad References to NOEASY(album released 8/21) -Sound monster- Santa is sick because of the SM -When they walked out of the store they were in the same order as the NOEASY thunderous trailer -Han and the brownies- eating them right out of the pan this time lol -Hyunjin and Changbins parts- lool Seungmin attacking another defenseless stuffed toy -There were outfits in the MV from NOEASY Personal touches: -Artist(paint) palette flying behind for Hyunjin(art is his hobby) -Stuffed toy of a puppy flying behind Seungmin -Chan and the drone- at least he finally had a chance to fly his lol PS: It’s definitely a hit with over 650K albums sold in 2 days!

@@YoEthan For sure! This album was a Christmas gift for Stays(SKZ fandom). That’s why there are so many references to the member and Stays, especially in 24 to 25, one of the songs in the album. But I mean your not wrong, Felix with a mullet was iconic!

Clocking BOTH aussies immediately was such a flex. 😂 LOVED that!

Bang Chang trained for 7 years at JYP entertainment starting at the age of 13 yrs old Felix the blonde hair mullet is also from Australia born and raised in Australia. My favorite thing about Christmas EveL (other than Felix's line---you know what I'm talking about) is so much of them being them. Han is especially most classic (particularly at the end), but the others too. And the little references like LeeKnow's cats, haha. I think it is most clear in the non-song portions but in the song too. For those viewing who haven't gotten to know them through the hours and hours and hours of footage available on KZread, they're missing out on a special component to this great song! I didn't see it so much as hating Christmas or anti-Christmas but more calling out reality. In an effort to focus on the pretty side, mass delusion ignores those aspects, pretends that the unpleasant side doesn't exist (and that unpleasant side can be quite inconvenient). I also liked about not needing presents crossing out X mas = don't need presents to take the focus away from Christmas, that Christmas shouldn't be so present-oriented. And, in the end, they're all having fun and partying--chaotic as only Stray Kids know how, lol). So fun.

@@YoEthan They sure do! They have one of the best rap lines in K-pop and Changbin is the fastest 4th gen rapper and is in top 7 in Korea for the fastest rappers. It usually takes watching a few times since it’s hard to keep up with everything going on! Can’t wait to see more of your reactions!
