8:32 Ресторан "Генацвале" на Арбате (translates from Gorgian as"Comrade" or Dear Friend") Gorgian cuisine. The building that impressed you is an imitation of typical Gorgian yards architecture with houses, balconies, terraces covered with grape vines climbing up the mountains. [Google "дворики Тбилиси" for yourself & see the similarities] This one in Arbat particular might be costly due to prime center location, but like with chebureki you can try delicious Georgian cuisine in many other parts of Moscow at less cost for the same value. Although nice interior/exterior can also be considered a value of fine dining. Tip: between 12-16 pm they have happy hours = -20% off the main menu (that does not include alcohol), so you can have lunch there, enjoy the food & atmosphere but still keep it on the budget. 😗There is a saying that "Gorgian breakfast is excellent in many ways with the only flaw: on the third day you begin feeling hungry again. 😅

History, as a statement of events, is not truth. History always carries ideological overtones. History tries to form a certain view of events and give meaning to what is happening. Residents of one country are brought up on traditions, on the historical memory of their ancestors. Therefore, we expect a predictable reaction from our compatriots in any situation. Therefore, people are wary of foreigners; they don’t know what to expect from them. It’s not difficult to notice that if someone wants to seize power, introduce their own laws, or simply destroy the state (for example, in favor of corporations), then the first thing they start with is a war with history. They need to divide and oppose people. It doesn’t matter here: historical views, racism, LGBT, etc., etc. This biomass, devoid of foundations, can be easily controlled by inventing “democratic” laws.

Arbat street is created as main street by foreigners themselves, there are a lot of streets in Moscow that are the way better than Arbat, both in terms of historical architecture and restaurants/bars. Ostozhenka, Pyatnitskaya, Nikolskaya, Kamergerskiy Pereulok, Kuznetskiy most, Neglinnaya, Bolshaya Nikitskaya, Malaya Bronnaya, Bulvarnoye koltso (Boulevard ring) etc.
After watching a few of your videos, it seems that the average person on the street is actually very intelligent. You can tell it is so enriched in culture and art. What is the restaurant called with the chebureki??

Yeah That's a good observation, to be honest it's something I consistently see in my time here. People are drawn to philosophy and art and history, the avarage person can have a very in depth discussion with you about a range of topics, at least in the experiences I have had! Regarding the food, the big plate ones were in Yevgenich bar.

там были квартиры ведомственные от обхсс москвы, я в такой в начале 90х мелким жил, потом нас от туда вежливо попросили съехать, видать кто-то приватизировал 😁

How expensive are the restaurants there?

They range in prices from the fine dining to bar style. I visited both, compared to Western fine dinning it's significantly cheaper. For example a plate of food which would cost $80 would cost $30ish (high end ) bar foods are even cheaper, that big chiburek was about $5AUD
compare them against a sausage roll for us Aussies

У меня сотрудник на работе, американец Алекс, с братом общался, тот его спрашивает, как ты там, не голодаешь, Россия ти по нищая страна, там нечего есть наверное.. люди бедные. На что, Алекс задал вопрос, Питэр, ты можешь купить мне билет, я хочу вернуться в Америку.. Тот, давай ломаться.. ти по Алекс, ты же знаешь, что у меня кредит за дом, и два ребенка. На что, Алекс ему ответил, а я могу купить тебе билет и твоей жене.. приезжайте.. посмотрите на Россию. В итоге, те ломались полгода.. приехали.. "Охренели"! Вернулись в Америку, продали все имущество, и с детьми переехали жить в Россию. (теперь у меня на работе два американца, Алекс и его брат Питэр)

@@svtccvsесли Арбат, то Москва, конечно. В Санкт-Петербурге это будет Невский проспект, в Екатеринбурге улица Вайнера, в каждом городе есть пешеходная туристическая улица.
