Thats a nice dark queen
Thanks for the invaluable tips. This was after what I was looking for after not finding a queen nor eggs in my strongest hive. No replacement queen cells either!
Ty basically explain I have to do this tomorrow I’ll follow your steps

Good luck
Thanks for the great videos and explaining everything so clearly and not rushing
Enjoyed your video. Very gentle introduction. 🥰🐝👑 I am going to introduce a new queen to my colony this weekend. Fingers crossed. I am in Canyon Country, So Cal USA and we're having a mild November. Expect high 80s lows of high 50s at night. I am hoping for success and Love the fondant idea. Good Luck

Well, my new queen was introduced yesterday. I set her cage on top of the frames...a group of Bees gathered...I gently moved them away with my finger...3 or 4 times. Just as you did. 🥰 I then wedged her between the two best foundationless frames and *fingers crossed* will check on her Thurs. afternoon after work. 🥰🐝👑✌
I would recommend putting the opening of the queen cage sideways, because if one of the bees inside the cage dies, it can close the opening and the queen will not get out. Thanks for the great videos
How was the result
