I just wanna say I have everything in common with Aurum Met. And I have been taking it for a few days. But nothing changed as far as I am concerned. Is there a higher dose of Aurum Met? Cause right now I REALLY feel hopeless.

Have you seen one of the video of doctor Sanjay where he described potencies. He clearly told take a dose and let medicine work for few days... don't take it again and again. Like start with 30 potency and wait atleastnfor 15 days if no result found probably you are taking wrong medicine then.
