Hey!
I think everyone was waiting for the Step 3 from Aurora. The pandemic probably influenced the creation of the album. Aurora became more mature after. And the songs written a years before turned out to be unripe apples that were harvested at the beginning of the apple orchard. After going a little further ripe red fruits were found. It is impossible to eat everything and with regret but with a smile about maturity the greens were left.
This is my lyrical opinion about step 3.
The songs from this playlist were recorded in 2017. Not all of them would be in step 3 after finalizing. So I see them between step 1 and 2.

Why? She develops as an artist, and I would be disappointed if she did the same things over and over again only in new clothing.

The sun song is out! if people did not know its cald bring back the color
I discovered a couple I did not know about! I love how electro-epic-traditionnel singing are mixed in these 🥹
I didn't know some of them! She should release these (Heaven as well), I like those way better than her new singles!

I miss this eras of AURORA, her songs are becoming less and less relatable for me but this... Yeah, I definitely can feel these ones
