😊👍 "Nature boy", Is a cover. And "Little boy in the gras" is a song Aurora wrote after a horrendous terror attack we had in Norway, where a lot of kids lost their lives. Including someone Aurora knew.

Just about time, some brave people playing the game.....this concert is a freaking Masterpiece, it happened back in 2017, heard it a mill times, and every time it's like the first time. The first song, Nature Boy, is a cover from a song I heard by Nat King Cole, way before you guys were even born, written by a post WWII hippie (with all due respect) by the name of Eden Ahbez, absolutely ahead of his time and yes this concert is a work of art, Aurora is absolutely the Best of the best. Little Boy in the Grass about a terrorist attack in Norway that killed several children, written by a very young Aurora yes still a child when she wrote it. A child prodigy indeed, Aurora. We've been blessed with her presence in our lives, we lucky humans

Nice reaction 🤗 It’s so cool that you’re reacting to this amazing concert 😍 This concert from Nidarosdomen 2017 was first aired in Christmas time that year. It’s been aired other Christmases as well, and it’s always beautiful to watch 😍 Nidarosdomen or Nidaros Cathedral is Olav the Saint's (the Viking king that christianized Norway) burial church, pilgrimage destination, signing church - and Norway's national shrine. “Nature Boy” is a cover, originally sung by Nat King Cole 😊 “Little Boy In The Grass” is a song about all the youths that lost their lives in the awful massacre on Utøya in Norway, 69 youths were shot and killed. The youngest was 14 years old. Aurora lost her friend, he was 17😥❤️ In some parts in Norway there’s almost never snow at Christmas, and it’s not as cold as in other places😊 Yes it’s normal having English concerts, in Norway we learn English from an early age. Aurora doesn’t like writing in Norwegian, and she began writing in English from the age of 9. She thinks it’s more difficult singing in Norwegian, cause it brings out more emotions. She sings 3 songs in Norwegian, all of them are Christmas songs 😊 Looking forward to next reaction 👍

Nidarosdomen is the largest cathedral in Norway. Amazing performance here by AURORA! "Little Boy in the Grass" is a very sad song about the 2011 Utoya Massacre that took place in Norway, during which someone close to Aurora was among those killed.

Nice reaction - glad you're checking out the concert! "Nature Boy" is a cover - it was first sung by Nat King Cole in 1948. "Little Boy in the Grass" is her original song which is about the terrible massacre (an extremely rare event in Norway) where 77 people were killed - mostly teens. One of those killed was a very close friend of Aurora's. The concert almost didn't happen because the Church officials were concerned her music might not be "appropriate" for the Cathedral. She and her team were able to convince them otherwise. Most of the songs here are her originals, but since it was early in her career, she added some covers - "Flying Through the Air" is one, from the animated film "The Snowman" which is a big Holiday favorite. The other cover that I remember is David Bowie's ""Life on Mars" She speaks fluent English (you should watch some of her interviews sometime - they are very entertaining). She does sometimes sing in Norwegian, but she writes almost all her songs in English. Her lyrics are very beautiful and insightful - I suggest you look them up after you've listened to a song - she is a wonderful storyteller.

She has a few song/ videos out there of singing in Norwegian. She has stated that she likes singing in English in part because there's a degree of separation there. She also likes the way it sounds. (Benefits a larger audience as well, and she's good at it).

Cool you are checking the concert (she has many great performances with different vibes but this 1h is always in my heart and soul and it is 1h of magic :) ). The first song is a cover and second one is about massacre in Utoya (where she lost someone). There is also a very strip down, raw and even more emotional version of second song in Mahogany session on a bot only with Odd Martin and a guitar.

Amazing reaction my friends!!....In 2017, the music world was shocked by the bursting onto the scene of a 22-year-old singer named Dimash Kudaibergen, who performed on the famous Chinese competition show for professional singers called “The Singer”... It was just It was necessary for this young man to make his first appearance, making a cover of one of the most difficult songs in the world, a famous French composition called "S.O.S. D'un Terrien En Détresse", to be considered from that moment on as the best singer in the entire planet....No one in the musical field had ever seen a human being, being able to reach vocal ranges above 7 octaves and several semitones, that is, all 88 keys of a digital piano, which reaches a little more than 7 octaves and as if that weren't enough, sing the more than 12 languages...Since then all kinds of experts (Vocal coach, analysts, singing teachers, youtubers, reactors, etc.) have dedicated themselves to reviewing their presentations to try to understand how someone can sing this way...The incredible thing is that that presentation in China was in 2017 and 5 years have passed since then, but what Dimash has done in these 5 years is to further improve his wide vocal range, which is currently practically above of the 8 octaves... The Covid pandemic stopped his concerts worldwide, all with tickets sold in just seconds, via the internet, but at the same time it ended up catapulting him to the top of popularity worldwide...Anyway, since I think you are one of those reactors who have not yet met this impressive singer, here is the link of that presentation in China in 2017, with the song S.O.S. and I would like you to mention my name as the person who recommended him to you...You have to be prepared because you ar going to receive an avalanche of views, comments and new subscribers....I leave you one more recent video than the others, so it does not have the same number of views as the previous ones, which have millions of views, but it is a more complete video, with an intro, subtitles in several languages and with the improved quality of audio and sound....kzread.info/dash/bejne/lHiMlaihndy0kcY.html
