Okay what is wrong with everyone!! She is not childish to begin with. She is SWEET but MATURE as one can possibly be. How else can she write such deep lyrics. This dance is nothing shocking it isn't erotic or anything. It's art and no suprise such a talented girl can also dance. She doesn't prefer this style that doesn't make her a child. If you really think she doesnt see the dark cruel world we live in and lives in a imagination of a child you're wrong and can't call yourself a fan. She does understand the world that is why she tries to see the good in it and take us to better places with her songs.

Eg soft universe "My body falls off the side of her bed, And now I know what love feels like" "Chaos came, we laid our head, Down on the feather cotton bed, We find a heart and catch your breath, Let the universe go red" was one of those that ive been wondering whats it mean. Maybe "Animal"? to me thats about searching for love and winding up feeling empty.

But the original meaning is still there, and a lot of people interpret it as being about orgasms, sex and love. I personally feel like the song being about orgasms, sex and love makes more sense, especially here "Twisted body parts moving synchronized Watching lightning strike in my lover's eyes All the flowers grow to a luscious field All connecting love becomes a human shield In the eleventh hour finally a hidden flower In the last moment finally opens" And in the chorus too. Of course, it's up to you to interpret it how you want it 😊 when i made the comment i didn't know she changed her mind, but my point stands. Aurora has a lot of sex metaphors, she is not afraid or disgusted of her sexuality, and finds sex and masturbation to be amazing (as she said in some interviews, not exactly in these words). All of the phrases you mentioned could be interpreted as a metaphores for sex also, in the end it's all about how you see it. As someone once said: the true art is just a reflection of the feelings of those who contemplate it. 💗

it is so disappointing that some people are judging her too quickly. Was it bad for her to experiment her talent and skill into a different style? Besides it is already 3 years ago, at least in this video she already proved that she is not just a pretty face but also a versatile girl with a talent, not just playing a piano.not just writing songs but also she can dance.. I AM SO PROUD OF HER.

People are very quick to place people in boxes. "There, that's where you belong and this is how you are". If that person shows a side they don't think fit with the image they have of that person, they get shocked. She should be alowed to be who she is and not have to live up to an image of what other people have decided that she is.

+Lucas Sebá I don't think so. Much more likely that what you see here is a caracter. Dancers act in different ways, depending of what the dance is suppose to communicate. And noone has only one side. She's not a brand, but a humanbeing.

I think she was given the innocent character/look by her management. But we've seen her gradually break out of that mould over the years.

I think the people who judge AUR°RA here are also the people who cancelled her when she released "Animal". Aurora isn't innocent or pure, she knows how the world works. This dance is art you don't need to sexualized everything. I can't believe how judgemental most of the comments here. Mind your own business, AUR°RA did lots of stuff like normal people. She also went to school, had friends, danced, wrote, sang, painted etc. She did a lot of things before she debuted as an Artist so stfu.

It's quite funny when people shoe-box people into these ideals, thinking they can only ever embody one style. Artists draw inspiration from all different styles, and this style would have been sooo fun!! She is an incredible folk-singer, but that doesn't mean she wouldn't rock jazz, it just means she's chosen not to as society (generally) finds it too hard to know how to feel about an artist that melts through genres... even though that's pretty natural to do

So people are shocked and disappointed to find out she's a real human and not the exotic wood fairy you thought she was? All that matters is what she wants to portray right now, not what she wanted to portray in the past. She's an entertainer, and her image going to evolve.

You people who are shocked by her being 'not so innocent' interpreted the character she shows during her shows/interviews in a wrong way, beginning to consider her childish and kind of oblivious of all the modern world. What she always shows is being close to nature! Human-animal nature. She said somewhere dancing is where your body breaks free, loses its shape. And in an recent interview się couldn't understand why people are afraid of sensuality, because sensuality is something that comes with being close to nature. She does not condemn any part of nature, that's what I like about her most. Beautiful performance xx

Aurora had trained as a dancer, it shows a lot in her performances today, like in Apple Tree music video, in her shows, she does that "crazy free dances" but you can see how aware of her body she is, as a dancer myself I can clearly see the dancer and the contemporary influence on her today, that's all because of that past dance training, so if you like Aurora today but are disappointed with her past, something's off cause all of this was a step to turn her in the beautiful human she is today... And I don't think you're understanding her art right... Stop putting her as a higher creature, she's a human! A beautiful one! She sings about being human in its more natural state (which is very impressive as an adult), she writes about not judging others, about being free... And here are y'all upset cause she's not a fairy, for God. Everything in her past was important for her to found the style she likes today, no one born wearing a cool hair, corsets and long skirts.

It's not her style but who knew she could do contemporary dance. Aurora is really great. I'd like to see her do some contemporary dancing in a music video for one of her songs, but she should do it in her style.

I'm confused by all these comments about her being not so innocent. Are you aware that this is the kind of choreography jazz style dance entails ? I guess because I grew up seeing people perform like this many times I don't see it as promiscuous but as being true to the style of dance.

Guys calm down... In an interview she did say she was trying to fit in with the other girls at school, maybe around 7-10th grade, because she was so different. She took dancing lessons, and it's not uncommon to dance like this in Norway at competitions like UKM. I think it's the most accepting to dance sexy, among the "popular girls". I think the link below proves that, because basically everyone younger who dances at school performances wears gray sweatpants and black/white tank tops, like seriously everyone. But this does prove she can dance! and not just the awkward and cute dancing she's doing now.

This is just awesome! I felt like jumping up, applauding, and whistling! Reminds me of the old movies from the late 50's early 60's with the sizzling hot leading women dancing for the troops or in a piano bar or night club. Just a really terrific act for a couple of 15 year olds to do for their dance class recital. Very proud parents I bet. Think of all the hard work it must have taken those 2 young ladies to pull that off so well. That's a lot of different movements to memorize and execute in synch without even looking at each other. Edit: days later... Its burlesque! And the singer... Reminds me of Sawyer Brown. No. I mean Van Morrison and Frank Sinatra.
