Aura Cleanse | For Burnout | Reiki ASMR ✨🫶✨
Tonight’s session has a theme of an Aura Cleanse & Rattle Session for when you’re feeling burned out. I set the intention that I channel healing Reiki energy to you throughout the course of this session. We worked to rattle away any unsupported energy that may be keeping you in a dis-empowered state. I hope this session is serving to each of you whenever and wherever you are in our world right now.

Just got a question can you hold your crystal in your left hand or should you hold them in your right

It depends on which Crystal I’m holding. In my videos, it’s easier to hold them in my dominant hand, my right hand. In meditation or during reiki sessions, whatever feels most comfortable is what hand I’ll hold that particular Crystal in 💜

Ok,I was told my lefted hand is my past and my right hand is my future,and I get all ting-a-ling when I meditate with my left and my right I don't get much,I love holding my crystal with my lefted.
