It would've been MORE Surprising if the Studio CEC Chuck E. Cheese Animatronic should've raised his Eyelids and Eyebrows while Larry The Technician was going through the PowerPoint Slides for those exact photos while telling the audience about their Fabulous World Adventure - Segment 4, Brian Hagan. Plus, I notice that the Character Dialogue was recorded twice plus added lines for Bird Of Studio CEC, even though this is his last & final show to have a speaking role during the Early Years of Studio CEC from May 1998 (Studio CEC Show) - August 1999 (Fabulous World Adventure), which is voice by the one, cheesy & only Duncan Brannan.

I am 90% sure there are some Current or Former Chuck E. Cheese Star Cast Member or Manager or even Content Creators may have the Full Video of April 1999 (Dance Party) [Studio CEC Version] uploaded to KZread in 1080p 60fps FHD (1080 Pixels 60 Frames Per Second, Full High Definition) or greater, man. Only if you can contact your local listings.

The process of scaling back the amount of animatronic characters began before Studio C with The Awesome Adventure Machine prototype. The overall reasoning for this was a combination of potentially less expensive maintenance, larger public interest in video content, higher recognition of Chuck E. vs other characters, marketing research, and corporate identity.
