I hope these little girls enjoy each other. I know it’s hard for the parents counting more than likely they have different parenting styles and beliefs. The only advice is be true to who you are and own that bc obviously you are both raising awesome little girls despite your differences in how you raise them and or beliefs you have while doing so. You both are awesome parents and the mom who’s husband is a doctor, you are great for bringing these two girls together.

We live about 1000 miles apart. In the ideal world we would live closer but that isn't possible. We hear this suggestion but who should move? We have lived in the same town for over 20 years. Our sons go to college in our state and this is the only place that Audrey has every know. The other family has a similar situation, living in a town for over 10 years and family around them. So while it sounds ideal it would mean leaving everything and everyone that she has known her entire lives. We are bringing them together as often as possible and have them connected. Making the best out of our situation.

We see comments on other sites like we should give up one of kids to live with the other family and other crazy comments. I just like to let people know about the "real" part of our situation. Jennifer Doering give up one to the other family? That's crazy. People seem to think family is only blood and act as if the girls are not already bonded to their adaptive family. There's no beautiful place like birth grown up hometown. The more the two families or twin sisters miles apart from each other, the more the excitement to see each others sometimes the more precious memories have. God bless these two families and who knews, maybe the separated twin sisters the one who will stay with the Foster's parents side (when they get old), Only God knows! God bless u guys more.

Audrey seems slightly shorter, could it be the training in gymnastics affecting her height?

She is shorter because her heart defect is more severe.
