Having the parking attendant report, them would curb blatant abuse of the system. Once she has reported the matter the council office can then check on the use and act accordingly. It's the parking office that should be acting not the attendant.

I enjoy photography, I take pictures of a wide range of things, I also enjoy drawing. Sometimes I'll create something that I'm really amazed with, it makes me feel happy that I've made something really interesting that other people enjoy to look at, they smile, I smile, I get a feeling that I'm making the world a better place through my curiosity. AB annoys the hell out of people and somehow feels like he's doing something good, and somehow he's convinced loads of people that he's doing good things. I think credit is due to the young man on the reception of the police station. He was a very approachable person who handled the situation perfectly. As for the irate PCSO and the two women (both definitely not Barbies) The attitude on display there was truly unedifying. They both came across as particularly nasty and extremely unattractive people. Imagine the poor sods who are married to them!

that PCSO is so rude. I hope there's a claim incoming.
