Please be patient with me but my post isn't about this video but my recent interactions with the group. I'll try to make this quick. I came across this group on KZread sent a link to my grandson and he responded to me that he new the band and was a fan. So I went to their website and ordered him a tee shirt for his 17th birthday. There were some delays and when I reached out to them they explained the shipping problems and offered to make him a birthday video. Which they did. My grandson was thrilled as was the reset of my family. I ordered a $30 tee shirt and got a memory that my grandson will never forget. I can't express how grateful I am or what a great family of young men these guys are! Thanks guys

Covering anything Cornell is insanely difficult, and you guys CRUSHED IT!!!! When Todd hit those notes, it sent a chill up my spine.

I'm a huge fan of Audioslave and you guys did a really great job!The whole performance gave me goosebumps. Your voice is great for this song.

To leave yourself exposed to be judged side by side with Cornell is truly gutsy (Todd). I had to compare it myself (no lie) and here is what I heard… this is the closest I have heard this song done live in one take at the album speed and tempo without any trickery. I watched Cornell do it live at slightly slower speed to get all those breaths in just right and also rearrange the composition to get the vocals cleaned up. I didn’t hear any of that in your version and that is a huge risk/reward scenario which should be rewarded and recognized. 👏🏼 Way to put it on the line and go for it.

Sorry - these kids are pretty good, but the singer is not even close to Chris. His tone is not the same and doesn't have the grittiness, dynamics, nuance or power. He sounds more suited to singing Maroon 5 or other such lighter alternative rock.
