Why not an X-Pipe?

PSA to anyone looking to do something similar to their C7.5 S6... you need to do an X-pipe or an H-pipe (either at the suitcase or further up at the front resonators, if you remove those too) because of the active exhaust valves that close off the driver side muffler when the car enters 4-cylinder mode on the highway (or delete the valves so they are always open). While this is beautiful work by VLP it is unfortunately not the correct way to do this job.

Ryan is 100% correct, you need to do an X pipe or H pipe. If you don't, when the car goes into 4 cylinder mode, the exhaust can only escape on one side. Not good for the engine....

I think that S6 needs sum oil in the crank case

did you delete only the center muffler?
