This is short video of turbo manifold and some tips for you if you are planing to do something similar and by this videos you can see what needs to be done. This is part 1 set a turbo at location where we need it and build custom manifold. Part 2 will with the car already we have to install our turbo with manifold and continue fabrication of turbo downpipe and wastegate line. Stay tuned!

What is the function of the little flex pipe in this application? If you're solid mounting the turbo to the engine/trans then what's the point? Otherwise sick build
Hi there, are you able too sleeve a 3.0 TFSI? I've got a scored bore, having the throw away the engine unless i could get it sleeved.

What did u do for intake manifold
Did you keep stock exhaust manifolds or custom turbo manifolds. I couldn’t see it from the angles you only showed back of motor.
So did you just gut the supercharger to use as a manifold
Where do you run the oil line to the turbo

Selling kits?
Im about to do a similar build but with 2 small turbos, low psi. What is your thoughts on this? Im wondering how the engine will react with such flow early in the revs.

I don't like twins because of limited space and double more work fabrication plus all plumbing etc... Single turbo can be swapped in 30min and twins would take a lot longer also twins will create a lot more heat in engine bay. I'm not saying can't be done just too much work. 67mm turbo responds very well in my car and turbo in this video is new G35-900 should respond much quicker then my car

@@Jerrycg my car got 67mm turbo and car in video is 62mm turbo it will respond a lot better then my car down low rpms and still able to make it over 600whp on this turbo

@@Svarogperformance Its a late 2011 b8 by the way, i know they changed some stuff between b8-b8.5 hope engines are similar enough

@@Svarogperformance pretty decent amount for stock engine. Believe that reliabilty become an issue. But anyway nice project. I also have an s4...good car but eat some money 🤪 How is going on with v8 swap to another s4?

@@alvislukins7827 Not really, the most issues were for me transmission but now we finger out after 4 years to finally make DSG happy.
