how did you get the orange glue off so good ? I bought a 07 audi q7 n headliner has my ocd buggin! I Gotta replace it come spring , great video man!!

Sometimes a brush is enough to remove the old burnt sponge, and sometimes the headliner shell has to be cleaned with nitro thinner. Thanks for the comment. Greetings

Thanks. I used a dedicated dunlop headliner glue, resistant to high temperatures.

Is there any chance the air bags can deploy during this process?

It is best to disconnect the battery just in case, although it is almost impossible to activate the airbags due to the removal of the pillars and headliner.

I don't know which country you're from, so search on the most accessible sales sites. Search for Auto Headliner Fabric and Auto Headliner glue. I saw that there are also on Ebay.

Are those white things in the a pillar airbags? You had me worried!

Yes, there are side airbags in the pillars..

I couldn’t imagine a PhP7M+ Q7 will have this simple factory defect appearing after a few years of use. 😅

It cost 150 Euros

Honestly as Tech I love this cause it fast and shows everything you need on a short time span with POV. Good job..maybe not great for newbies. But as a tech this is straight perfect.
