An other very important advantage you get with your sim cart is that you also get the ONLINE traffic information, check the left bottom at 2:23 changing! Very very useful

No - You must always put a Sim Card in

Just a quick advice mate. I have audi a6 2014 model the top spec. What kind of sim card do i need to get to insert it to the mmi system, what type of sim card does it needs to be is it something i need to get it from the audi dealership ??? if you could help me and give me advice on this sim card I would be very happy and you would be the top MAN!👍

They wrote its a "mini-Sim-Card". I first thaught its what we call Micro-SIM but its not. Use the Standard-SIM size, yes the huuuge one from when you were young. I also use Data-Only SIM

I always get a message at the end ( when the Google earth is loading) " Not enough data in the memory. Google earth will go back to Standard mode". What is the problem and how to get over it....

Enable green menu -googleearth -clear cache -reset mmi

I have a Sky sim card with both data and calls, I can make and receive calls & txt but cant get to select Google Earth to load. I think the problem is the APN settings from Sky Mobile. MMI is not able to get this automatically and is requesting this to be set manually. Any idea how to do this manually ??

MehmetAli46 You need to use cable. It doesn’t work with Bluetooth in UK

If you use a sim card does it keep the navigation up to date or is it separate?

Why do all this when the phone can do more. Audi should allow their MMI get internet access from the phone because most phone can tether. To me, I think it would more useful to use the phone for GPS than the audi gps or mmi
