You should always service your own cars. I would t trust anyone or any brand oil/ transmission fluid that they choose.

Hi. Where do you purchace castrol transmax cvt. I can't find it anywhere

why cant fill through filter hole?

Did the transmission shift well after the fluid change ?

Why not pour the oil in the filter hole ?

Do the dry clutch DSG gearbox need gearbox service such as changing the gearbox oil.

Of course it needs , each 40.000km otherwise you will kill the gearbox dsg

Good day Mr Mumbo, great work on the gearbox🔥🔥 I'm a big fan.. I have a question.. what could be the problem when an automatic gearbox doesn't switch gears anymore, like when you put it on Drive it only moves on 1 gear it doesn't change.. I would appreciate a response. Thanks.

The cvt multitronic doesn't have gears like a conventional one , so it won't shift into 1-2-3-4, as it doesn't have any. It can simulate it in S mode but that's about it . It works differently than a conventional gearbox

I just like to know from you Mumbo, what type of transmission fluid did you use on this b8? Name brand if you may🙏🏾

Not all of Audi boxes are STronic(The DSG name is reserved for VW only)....they have all types of auto boxes in their own tech format.

@@ozzi4627Stronic is not a CVT you talking with 0 Knowledge , CVT are 0AW Multitronic 8 Gears while Stronic its for 7 Gears . Talk with sense mr ZOMBIE

1st. Never heard of Audi B8. Are they still available.

The B8 debuted in 2008 and was facelifted in 2012....it was replaced by the B9 in late 2017...these figures are based on when we get things here in South Africa. The B code is chassis code which is reserved for the Audi A4 and is not a performance code like S and RS.

​@BOBBY-et9xb there's a b8 and b8.5 then b9, there were revisions made on the b8 and it was dubbed the b8.5 using the chassis code makes it easier to get the right parts and service items

7 to the gearbox and 10 liters if you want to do it with machine . Hundred times better with machine fluid

Of course ir does started with the first generation 01J and ended with the 3rd generation 0AW of the b8 the most realiable .
