The pressure sensor on that generation of audis only seems to have one hose actually going somewhere, the second one seems to be measuring ambient air pressure from the engine area and using that as pre-dpf pressure. Doesn't that mean that you put in that last dose of liquid in after the dpf? How does this help?

Just to tap into your expertise. What do you think of these can of DPF cleaning Liquid you can put into your fuel tank. Along with a long Run, would a can of this help the dpf stay clean as a preventative measure?

No it won't help in my opinion. The cause if this is adblue crystallisation blocking dpf & egr cooler so fuel additives won't clean it

Transit 2016 tipper. Rushing air type sound below the driver to the right while accelerating. Is this the vapouriser I’m hearing. I’ve had the service engine now message, no engine management light. Message disappeared. Faulty glow plugs on diagnostics.

That engine has low pressure EGR so cooler should not block as gas is fed from after the dpf.

Have you found that technique is of any benefit for cleaning the EGR cooler if it's blocked as it could have been the DPF in that case? How would you diganose it being the EGR cooler via live data? Them ultra engines are a nightmare 🙄🙈🙈

I've done around 30 of these cars now. I've had 4 that have said after 1-3 months the error came back

@@ORileysAutos good to hear mate! was the DPF pressure high on them? I've came across some with maybe 15mb of pressure which isn't overly high with that fault code! I'm trying to figure a way of properly diagnosing the EGR cooler instead of just elimination 🙈
