I'm a demanding Audi owner and I appreciated that high level of work except one detail that I didn't like: when he blew the dust in the air filter housing box he didn't think to close the air intake hose with his hand to avoid contaminating it with a cloud of dust, that goes directly to the turbocharger.

You don't need spark plugs unless you are at a certain interval for newer cars.

@@mattcee7113 doesn’t matter how long they “can” go the part is running out of spec . People think if the engine starts it’s ok . Just becasue the check engine light isn’t on doesn’t mean it’s ok . The scanners out they sell are m code clearers they can’t touch these types of cars my point is . No lol

It's engine flush, to clean sludge from the old oil before change it. We have so many variaties of engine flush from many brands here in Asia.

Engine Flush, tech performed an Hot Oil Flush, running the engine first before changing oil. You don't really need it if you change oil regularly. BG has the best products to perform it. I don't know if they're sold outside North America tho.

They do that for the camera and do wrong! Wasn’t applied the toque with torquemeter in the oil drain plug.

He never added oil back into the crankcase!

In the company they not doing like that for you , you have to do it to yourself

It's an engine flush detergent/additive as evidenced by the really black oil coming out of the pan.
