Ok, after some research, on Audi configurator, I was confused with LED headlights and LED with Matrix option. Since the difference is in one at first unnoticeable detail, and that is; LED has second inner peace as reflector, while Matrix version has second part as second lense in addition to outer (first) lens. And I got confused by "Standard LED" that look visually different. So these are just LED headlights without Matrix option. So my apologies. I am still very impressed with these upgraded LED headlights.

If you look at the indecators you can see the difference between matrix and led because the matrix leds have the dynamic indecators and the start animation when you unlock the car at night. And you have a second lense on the inside when you have matrix that´s noticable during the day. That ´s how I can see the differences🙂

Nice video and you touched on good points, such as the stock radio vs Bang & Olufsen. I have a 2018 Sport Plus Quattro and want to upgrade either to 2020 or 2021, apparently 2021 gets extra hp. Here in the US, my favorite level is Premium Plus, gets you all the goodies, Navi, parking sensors, virtual cockpit, Bang & Olufsen, folding mirrors with blind spot monitor, the nice 260hp engine etc. They are starting to drop in price so I'm being patient, a 2020 with about 8000km is around $35k for Premium Plus Quattro and $32k for Premium Quattro (no Bang & Olufsen, no power folding mirrors, no virtual cockpit and different headlights. One thing I don't like about my current A4 is the sport suspension, a little stiff and low for my liking, maybe if I was 20 again. :D lol! I drove a 2020 with regular suspension and it was perfect for me, I love the seats in the A4, so comfy, the car is so quiet, it's just heaven.

Thank you for the review, very detailed and informative. Do you know if the car has Wireless Carplay? it used to be only in the A6+ in the 2019 models, but now the A4 has the same MMI. P.S. you forgot to engage the parking brakes :P

Are these the full matrix lights? It seems they only come in the Vorsprung edition now.

Very nice video. But why did the headlights turn yellow when you entered the car? When you started it it turned back to its normal led colour. Where are you stationated? I‘m going to go to croatia on the 16th of july again. I’m really looking forward as always. I have been spending my holidays there since 20 years now. It has really become my second home. Sjajno, nadam se da je auto vrijedan kupovine.

car looks great .. the price is crazy i would be content with Škoda Octavia 4th gen for half the price or 2/3 for better specs .. I do like some of the flashy stuff like those leds in all 4 door handles though .. not a fan of the huge shifter knob for automatic ... Golf and Octavia got rid of that, so will future Audis quite possibly ..

These are the optional LED lights, but not Matrix! Matrix got also sweeping indicators in Front and an other animantion in coming home / leaving home Function..

Martin Kuhl it’s possible that I am wrong, but as far as I seen on Audi.de configurator with pictures this are Matrix version, and I seen the same lights on fully spect model on Frankfurt IAA.

How did you get the red light(the ones in your door) on while driving? the red lights on my a4 only turn on when i turn on the engine but after 2-3 seconds they turn off and wont turn on again unless i start engine again. anyone knows?

Are you stupid or something? These ARE the Matrix LEDs . You can tell because of the light graphics. I have seen the car in person. You probably don't know anything about Audis....

Fe lix you can check Audi configurator, these are the Matrix, I checked. Standard LED don’t have top LED DRL in this pattern. At least that’s what Audi.de configurator shows, and I saw the same lights on fully spect model on Frankfurt IAA.

Josip Ricov I didn‘t write standard LED. I wrote the Standard OPTIONAL LED. The cheapest LEDs are without the DRL on top thats right. But these are not the Matrix LED. Where is the light staging when you open up the car?

Great car! 163 hp is nothing though. The regular gasoline variant has close to 250 hp.

In croatia i dont think we have 2.0t gasoline variant at least i didnt see it 🥲

the perfect engine for this car is the tsi :)

With Audi you get a steering wheel and a seat, everything else is extra.
