JMFabrications.....do a search for them. They built it custom for the customer, BUT they build some of the best parts out there for dsm/evo/etc.

Very solid numbers for stock cams and an assumingly stock head? Not to mention the AWD drivetrain loss.

@Joseph Bruno, with the mods listed you might see 225-250hp. Honestly for a fun daily I wouldn't do anything less the a GT28rs/GT2871. When I was on my stock k03 in my gli I could pull K04 1.8s all day.

A4 comes stock with both. On big turbo builds people upgrades maf to vr6 or s4 maf. Or they go maf less tune

I am looking into buying a Audi A4 B6 1.8t and plan to build the car myself but wanted to know if you could lay down a parts list for me on what your shop did to this A4. I plan on doing a sleeper set up and also a budget set up so pretty much I just want the bare essentials to run this turbo set up and software. No exhaust mods intercooler mods. Just fuel management software all hardware for turbo hook up and of coarse stroker crank and forged connecting rods. I plan to use stock pistons and head but give it the necessary upgrades. Also get the kevlar timing belt along with new everything like water and oil pump cam chain and tensioner. Might as well get this right the first time lol.

Then it will blow up after all those mods. Your picking the wrong car to moddify. Anyways you will need: -Maestro 7 (Tuning) -005 fuel pump( A member on Audizine makes a drop in Aeromotive pump which will be more than enough. Search for it on the forum) -Bosh or ID 1000cc( unless you switch to a return fuel system like the B5's -Custom manifold -GT3076 turbo That will get you 500hp for sure with a good tune. My suggestion is going with a smaller turbo and keeping the power around 350-400chp. Any more and your going to need another car as your DD. I have the same car with almost the same mods.

What about a 605R 2.7TT? Think 450 hp at the crank would be reliable on a stock head and block. I've read those A6's can hold 500+ all day long.

Reliability is out of the question once you start modding a car to that extent. You will easily make 450 hp with that set up but Im not sure how reliable it will be. Your best bet is to go on the forums and ask around. Hope that helps

Turbo 1500 T3 mani 500-2000 Intercooler 1000 Clutch and flywheel 1200 Tune depends on tuner 5-1000 Rod kit 500 Odds and ends 1000-2000 silicone,hardware,bs bs You can get cheaper parts, like cheap clutch or cheap fmic but don't cheap out on motor work. Proper line honed bore, balance crank, new bearings on the bottom end. To make 500 you will need atleast a gt3076r with methanol I think... depends on the tune but I don't see my gt3071r getting anywhere close to 450, currently shooting for 450 with a stroker 2.1 and gt3071r

I'm not sure what kind of numbers I'm putting down, but they can't be anywhere near that......and I have the same car, I'm running 22psi, I have a FMIC, a Carbon Kevlar clutch kit, intake, downpipe, exhaust, custom written tune, all kinds of shit. I'm still running stock internals, but my car still blows flames between shifts and has shotgun loud backfires. I don't have half the money in my car as this one, but my specs are so damn similar, I don't see how the numbers can be soooo far off. I'm guessing I have 250 at the crank, maybe 230 at the (4) wheels. What's missing here? IDK

I have an 03 A4 with a FMIC, KO4 on 25psi, walburo fuel pump, high pressure fuel regulator an 440cc injectors full exhaust from turbo down and an aggressive tune and I'm getting 273awhp. mine has more lift than this. to the point my girlfriend hates it lol

@@sHuz_YT Listen to frog spit^^ Big turbos spool LATER in the power curve. A properly sized turbo and a solid motor setup will take full advantage of exactly when you're hitting boost to make big power efficiently. Efficiency is the name of the game!

+Lets Go Race I wasn't using facts. Neither were you when you posted your initial comment. The 1.8t is a strong engine that is capable of numbers over 1,100 hp if built and tuned properly. While the N54 might be able to do that, there is no point. The car came with a perfectly capable engine. Watching a video about an Audi and just saying how the owner should put a BMW engine in it is nonsensical. I like the N54 and BMWs in general, but Audis are just as good.

Actually, all the engine parts is less than 3k INCLUDING THE TURBO. You pay the installation and tuning should be around 6-8k. 500awhp that can be daily'd and track'd occasionally, is a steal.
