This is a great video to study audens technique and what he does to try and stop him if you ever wanna practice this technique

Estrogen is an animal hormone and is found in extremely high high concentration in milk and eggs (for example); about 60-80% of estrogens come from milk and dairy products in western diets. (Remesar et al 1999) You *could* be thinking of phytoestrogen, a plant 'equivalent', but even then - what foods are you talking about? Phytoestrogen is found in nuts, fruits, vegetables, cereals... I am extremely curious to know what healthy diet you think would not have a ton of estrogen. Are you suggesting that Auden cut out all of the above foods, or that Rino doesn't eat them? (And what *does* Rino eat then? Raw fucking steel?) Estrogen PRODUCTION in the body is a different matter, but simply eating estrogen/phytoestrogen in food doesn't have the same effect - otherwise everybody would obviously be female. I guarantee you consume an absolute ton of estrogen and phytoestrogen.

I have an opinion. A thought can have always 2 sides to it. This is my side of the thought. How come & how did Auden larrat got an opportunity in such a big event like KOTT? He defeated his opponent but how he got this opportunity is where my question stands. There are tons of professional arm wrestlers across globe who are experienced in arm wrestling. Auden might have got (or might not have) little experience with the table in outside world apart from training with his dad. But if he is an amateur which means less real match experience, just because he is Devon's son he getting this opportunity (through influence) is incorrect. Not sure what organisers were thinking.

As a competitive bodybuilder. Auden is NOT on any juice 110% guaranteed and I’d bet my life on it, he is 6’3 and 212 lbs which is still pretty small, if he was a normal 5’10” height he’s barely be 160lbs and soft, he has no vascularity or muscle separation, he is absolutely natural. My first year of serious lifting at 19-20 I put on also 40lbs naturally, granted I got pretty soft, and up to 200lbs which is like him being 240. So yeah, he is 100% natural m FACT. But he’s doing it right and he is a smart kid and strong as hell!!
