I think whenever Abby says a child “deserves nothing” she doesn’t mean *nothing* is what the child deserves, but rather no one ever *deserves* anything - you have to *earn* it. Because she has said that a lot after saying people don’t deserve anything.

@@Lola-pq6wm That is a myth. Chamomile is used to keep the color of a naturally blonde baby's hair. Because it happens that as babies grow older, their hair tends to darken. But chamomile will not lighten brown hair by 5 tones. Why not to teach children to accept themselves as they are, to not compare themselves with others, to love their bodies and to respect the bodies of others? And then when they are old enough to decide, let them dye their hair the colors of the rainbow if they want.

Let them learn to love their natural bodies including the beautiful colored hair they were given at birth.❤️ Jojo's mom wanted to mold her child into something that she wanted her to be. Which is apparently a blonde girl. I would be upset if my parents bleached my hair without me being truly aware of whats going. JoJo was to young to have logical say in what she wanted.

Why don’t more people talk about her being a natural brunette? This show and competitive dance environment was already toxic but her mom is more messed up bc of that. She’s probably the reason Jojo’s hairline is messed up

Jojo’s hairline is so receded because she was a dancer. Dancers wear their hair up a lot, and if you don’t let it down enough, the hair gets pulled, receding the hairline. A long time ago gymnasts had this problem because they didn’t understand that wearing your hair in buns so much isn’t healthy for your hair.

She’s been bleaching her hair since she was 2 which was long before the show. It has nothing to do with the show and everything to do with the mother. I’m not saying the show isn’t toxic but it’s certainly not the reason for the poor decisions being done to her hair

@Luca Renker Going from brown to blonde means you HAVE to bleach your hair. Bleaching damages the hair, especially if you do it for so long. So her mom basically ruined her daughter's hair from the beginning, which explains why Jojo has a somewhat receding hairline, it's more than likely due to all the damage she's had done to it for 15 years. shouldn't be bleaching your hair until you have at least gone through puberty.

That's what I love about Jess! No matter who told her that JoJo wasn't a good dancer, JoJo is too immature or talks to much, Jess always stood by her side and supported her daughters dream. And look where JoJo is now! I think Jess was a huge influence on JoJo's life, someone who told her that she doesn't need to change to please people. Jess is an awesome mother.

Fun fact: My friends and I had a dance competition in Pittsburgh so we thought it would be fun to visit Aldc. The choreographer Gianna’s mother was the cashier. We were the only ones in the Broadway baby shop. They have boxes in the corner by a clothing rack. On top of the boxes was Jojo’s rapunzel wig.

Sorry, but dying her hair ever since she was 1.5/2 years old? No child at that age should have their sensitive hair or head touched with hair dye. No wonder her hair is falling out. Sorry Jess, but that is totally irresponsible parenting.

No it’s not the same as piercing ears, her head and hair roots are still growing, so dying her hair at that young of an age is bad for her.

This is so sad to see parents, specifically mothers living their dreams through their little girls, allowing them to grow up before their time. They think that is alright, they don't stop and think whose watching for the wrong reasons.

@@allysharp She is and isn't at the same time, she was born with brown hair and in time he became NATURALLY blonde, she never dyed, she just wasn't born with blonde, but she became blonde when she was like, less than a year old, then you can say that she's blonde.

b l blondes always say this but your eyebrows are probably dirty blonde if you were to compare to someone with actually dark brown eyebrows, genes don’t work like that. Also your mom probably has dirty blonde hair not brown. Look at a hair color chart blondes can actually have quite dark hair. I think Jojos is dirty blonde too
