Aubrey came to PowerStrength to add 20 lbs of muscle in one summer. Not only did she accomplish that incredible goal, but has gone from being pushed around on the basketball court to pushing others around with her newfound strength.
Aubrey is also better and more confident when driving to the bucket which has made her a much more complete basketball player.
Her hard work is paying off as she helped lead her homeschool basketball team to the national finals last winter.
