My second CSL is mercury... In birth chart it is in 9th house and and in cuspal chart mercury is in 8th house.... Mercury's star lord is rahu and situated in 10th house

8th lord in 8th house is good in some perspective. Good things related to 8th house will be essily achieved to you. You will be safe from sudden results of 8th, they will be given to you properly with time. The bad thing is you will face bigger, more constructed challenges , which will be more than of an average person, but if you succeed them then rewards will be equally good for you
