Good tips! Especially the one about hard to back up from a ditch. Has happened to me a few times when I am at the end of my driveway where it connects to the main road. Great filming and editing too!

Great video brother! Nice to see an ATV in action like that. Ben is a big help too and he knows it (lol).

Thanks Billy Ray. Yes, I think Ben knows his job. The only problem is getting him off the quad when we are done.

I bought a 6' plow for my 750 kingquad here in the mountains of Colorado. We got close to three feet of snow here a week ago during a Nor'easter.. My area is filled with large hills, and the drifts are crazy deep. Ive been stuck at least a dozen times this winter, mostly in ditches or drifts on an ATV, Ive been shoveling and plowing for 6 days now, up and down large hills to get out, and still have a ways to go. Thanx for the tip about leaving the blade down, and not burning up my winch and solenoid.

Thanks for sharing, accurate tips, and always happy to see snow plowing on ATV ! Here in south Quebec, haven't had enough snow to plow yet. Actually wondering if we'll get snow :) it's white, but like, we got icy rain over low snow, so just a fin crush of icy snow remains. Used the snow blower once this winter, and yet, it was like 2-3 cm in front of the house, just wanted to play with the blower :D

Yes, we haven't had nowhere near our regular snow fall ,we did have some brutal cold for about a week. I'm hoping we still get more as we need the snow in the mountains. Hopefully, you get some your way as well.

Some really good tips here, it was like you have seen all times I got stuck and had to explain it to me hehe. Adding weight is something I have been thinking about a lot. You got some good amount of heavy snow there already this season, but no problem plowing it I can see.

Thanks yes you noticed the snow is quite wet right now I think we are almost done for the year, but you seem to get a lot more in fact you must be surprised when it is not snowing .I think another thing you could do is get Nils to send you a set of his chains, he probably has lots.

@@liveworkplaywilderness1877 I actually bought some cheap chains for the atv back in 2019 or so but they didn't fit. Or we could make them fit but they were too close to the break wires for me to feel safe using it. Not sure if he have that many chains available, but I should had some for my rear.

The one that I went to in the Okanagan was near Mabel lake but last year they logged the area and now there is no sign of it ever being there there were a few old cabins there and even they are completely gone.
