I tell you what, brother! You might not know it, but you're inspiring ME to get out and adventure more and in a different way. I have watched this video a couple times and even gone back and researched your other camping videos and now have a good idea of what I want to do when I try an endeavor like this! You know how difficult it's been for me to get out on my wheeler after losing my brother, Ol Grizz last year and I want to thank you for the adventure on my small screens pushing me out the door and back into the woods! Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother, I'm so close with my two brothers, I don't know what I'd do if I lost one, I'd probably be in the same boat you're in now. There is nothing wrong with morning the loss of a loved one, but do you think your brother would want you to morn him so much that it takes away from things that makes you happy? I don't know him, but I'd like to think he'd tell ya to get up, get out and enjoy it ! life is short, nothing is a guarantee, I say go out and do those trips as much as you can. Beautiful vid ! I saw Wendell took a couple of wrong turns .. lol . Have a quick pizza camping tip for you . Sauté the veggies first to get the moisture out of them . Bring a lid for your cast iron pan and then place some coals on the top of the lid … helps create an oven effect like a Dutch oven would :)

Hey ! thanks Randy ! yeah some people are a but nuts with think their dog is a child.... lol mental illness everywhere these days.

Long while back I had an old swamp mutt, she loved to run, fish and eat turtles. I'd drop her off at the entrance to the swamp we rode and she'd be 5 miles in waiting on me nawing on a fish or turtle just as happy as she could be. That dawg could run 45 miles an hour for quite awhile. Rescued her from the kill shelter. Still miss that old mutt. She had a long happy life.

I think people now a days forget that dogs are naturally supposed to run, they treat them like children and not a dog. haha

Great video as always. Really like to see people trying new things for meals in the woods instead of canned beans and hotdogs. It adds to the experience for sure. A young dog like Wendel will run all day no problem like you said. I`ve had a couple dogs and they live for times like that. I think I`ve watched all your videos and don`t recall you getting that much mud on the bike LOL.

Hey buddy ! thanks a lot ! I always like to read your comments, I appreciate the support ! Oh man, I get that a lot, ppl say I cook elaborate meals... I always say it's only a Little more work to eat something good, rather then eat beans & wieners and stuff like that haha The mud thing, it all depends on the trail, if it's on the trail I will drive through it no problems, but I don't go looking for mud to ride in haha I will avoid it if I can or it's not too much of a detour but 1) I dont want to spend that extra time cleaning the machine and 2) I don't want to make the trail worse, or make that hole deeper.

38:03 .... Wendell's a runner and not a jumper.. ( bridge ) Awesome camping spot. I realize now why you brought so many beers. You needed something to do while that pizza cooked.... lol 🤣 BTW .. Nice touch with the fire starter...👍

thanks buddy ! it does take quite a bit of time to shoot and edit a video. I actually had two ppl on a older video complain about the ad's in the video haha I apologized but after thought about it and was like... I'm giving them free content haha all they have to do it watch a few ad's, and I have Non-Skippable ad's turned off, so no annoying 15-30sec ad's you can't skip. lol

Love the videos! I have quite a few trips planned this summer, a lot are based off of some of the trips you did. Did the run from Riverview to Hillsborough and back yesterday (73 kms) and was pretty good going but the trails are VERY muddy and torn up. Hope to see you on the trails someday! Paul

Another great vid, when i head out for my overnight and its raining or super damp, i often bring wood pellets and a lil hand sanitizer. The pellets burn real well and keep you nice and toasty. I too am a Maritimer, Lived in upper stewiacke just outside Truro then moved to Gaspe coast and now im up in Ontario but come home every summer. You may want to look into pellets for those rainy outings :)

Hey man ! thanks a lot ! I think I'd rather just stay on YT haha that way I can do what I want and not have a producer or something telling me what we are gonna do haha Plus they may not like me drinking a few beer or the off curse word haha thanks a lot or checking out my channel!

I think with the pizza using a Dutch oven rather then a skillet would be a better option because it has a heavy lid with a lip on it so you can place hot coals on it to get some top heat and brown the top of the pizza. That being said it might be a little sketchy doing that in a tent.

Hey man ! yeah you're right for sure, the Dutch oven would be better for sure ! But.... 1) I don't own one haha and 2) it's so hard to bring something that big on a ATV trip, Im usually pretty packed up even with just a skillet. Thanks for watching !

Hey man !! you should got sure ! Start with summer camping in familiar areas then slowly work into more wild camping and maybe try some winter camping, it's all a lot of fun.

Buddy, the drone video is such a nice touch to your videos. Gives it more of a feeling of how beautiful it is where you are at. Your friend Evan is a lucky chap. What a great place to ride and camp. Kind of a dream place to go. That would be an every weekend must for me. Love the video bud. Glad you keep doing them. Thanks for sharing! Now i want a camp stove/tent combo. That thing is great!

Hey Andrew, thanks so much man ! Yeah Evan is lucky for sure ! the family land backs onto hectors of untouched land too. Yeah the tent is a good entry level tent for sure ! there are a few things that could be better, maybe I'll do a video on it. The stove is beautiful ! amazing build quality, and will probably last forever. the only knock I have on it, is it's bulky to carry around on the ATV, if I had a SXS it wouldn't be an issue. but I'm overall happy with my purchase.

@@Maritimer Hey bud. Yeah, so she's getting a whole new top end rebuild including piston and rings. I didn't know anything about this in the beginning, but it's going along well. Keep making those great videos!

I’m sure you’ve got one by now but the Snugpak sleeping bag is nice. Big foot box and cozy for the price.

Hey !thanks for the tip ! I ended up getting a US MSS from my local used Army/Navy store, Cost me about $200 and it came with the bivi+ black winter bag + green summer bag. All together it's supposed to be good to -30C.

Another awesome video! Beautiful forests, I bet that area is really beautiful in the summer when all the leaves are on the trees. Good idea putting the kindling in the stovepipe.
