In addition the standard of "success" is much more broad. Young people look on their phones and many believe success is not haveing a real job rather it is earning $ from online/easier endeavors than a traditional job/their parents life.

She’s missing the point, attractive women get more and better opportunities because of it. It’s easy to become a social worker or a sophisticated librarian if your cutting in front of all the people men/unattractive women who did the same work to get there. Those people only get the position if it’s hard enough to actually have to sacrifice time and physicality, actually grinding and competing to keep a good job.
