PROJECT:
Doha Aquatar: Aquarium / Water park, Doha, Qatar
This unique hybrid is one of the pioneering attempts to merge human water activities with marine life exhibits. The waterpark and the aquarium are interwoven and overlapping, offering a very unique and exciting guest experience. The interior design is organic and stark, allowing interior walls to provide canvas for projection mapping.
The exterior architectural expression is inspired by the fluidity of the ocean surface, both in form and choice of shimmering reflective metal cladding.

Just one, really critical element missing from the video...something pretty essential to wholehearted human interaction, something fundamentally tied to not just fun/expressive energy but to wetness itself...
That's so SciFi that SciFi authors will have a hard time imagining more futurisitic designs now 😲 Yet how much energy will it consume to function? Like for instance this glass dome will let so much sunlight heat in the air condition will need to work overtime. Won't it?
