I love how his character is both firm but gentle. Firm in a way that he commands the attention of his juniors in reprimanding things he sees must be improved with them. But also gentle since he looks beyond the minor errors of Woo Young Woo since he sees that she can deliver great results to the firm.

I fell in love with this character from the moment he apologised to Woo Young Woo for comparing her to an 'ordinary' attorney. I like that he quickly realised that Woo Young Woo has great talent as a lawyer and was willing to apologise and change his opinion of her instead of being proud. And he's really funny!

Attorney Jung really is a second father to Youngwoo! From not understand his CEO decision to hire Youngwoo, till recognizing and acknowledging Youngwoo quirks and strength at work, being a father-like mentor, sometimes angry and grumpy but also patient and guiding. Like a father, he is strict and firm but also flexible and supportive. Protect this man at all cost!

And even in his real life. He married his girlfriend after 2 years and half, he said he fall in love and she's the right person so he married her. Unlike many celebrities who stay together for a decade but never get married. My opinion may be a little bit old fashioned but I believe that tying the knot is a sign of how serious a man takes a relationship.

I have loved every single character he's ever played this just confirms it!

@@twentyonetortas5921 He's been in many, he's known to play many supporting roles in many kdramas. I recommend watching whats wrong with secretary kim, that show was funny and i liked his character there even tho it wasn't as big as his character in this show

He's like Young Woo's older brother. He always reminds her that her actions and ways have limits and don't always work on some people (Like some siblings do if their siblings is/are being reckless) and his reactions towards her stubbornness just makes it 100x funnier. Also bonus him slowly having her influence on him ❤️

Something i really liked was that even at first when he was sceptical of young woo, he didn't degrade her to her face. He was considerate of her feelings. Even when he was complaining to the CEO he used respectful language. It was still wrong and prejudiced; but he is proof that prejudice can be unlearned.

Every scene of him is funny and memorable. Though playing a comedy role, he does showcase his firm and gentle side. I really thought something would happen to him during this ep 3:55 I was so scared of losing his character.

I fell for him in that episode when his rival lawyer of hanbada insulted him for taking north Korean case , He knows that it's not his fault , his juniors were very passionate about it। But still he didn't say a word to his juniors instead encouraged them more ❤️❤️

The more I watched the show the more attractive he just suddenly became

I won't lie i sort of watched the show for him. He's such a good actor he has the perfect comic timing and he's so handsome. He's so talented bruh UGH. I love him.

I fell for his character so hard! He just seemed like an approachable quirky hilarious persona. He was a perfect dose of everything lol Also not to forget how he wasn't overly strict with his juniors but at the same time made sure they stood in line. But then AGAIN THEY DID WTV THEY WANTED lmao. The more I got to know him the more I got attached to him. One of the only negatives i felt was that he was a workaholic and neglected his ex-wife and his health for so long. But glad at the end he tried to make up for that! Bro the actor did so much justice to the role. I am in AWEEE. Don't forget he a warm person with a humor rooted deep.

First and Foremost, Spoiler Alert!!! I like the fact that attorney Jung is proof that people can grow beyond their prejudice. It would be a shame if he died. I'd worry about the kind of superior Attorney Woo would have to deal with then. Not every superior is as great and understanding as him, if he died, I'd be afraid for Attorney Woo's job because there's a total possibility that she'd get fired due to prejudice against people on the spectrum. I don't know the exact stats but unemployment is rampant with autistic people. Every autistic person I know and am friends with is either currently unemployed, or got fired.

It’s so bad, in my first job my store manager hated my guts after I informed her of my diagnosis and got the “Oh! But you don’t look Autistic!” Like congrats genius. But anyway about 6 months since she had started working at the store, it was becoming obvious that she would try and trip me up for little things. She accused me of theft multiple times but had no evidence to ever prove anything. One day I go in for my shift and 2 hours in she says I wasn’t supposed to be working, so I went upstairs to the Rita’s and found she had changed my schedule and never told me. I was already a bit stressed and I snapped a bit and had a meltdown (I just sobbed and went to a quiet area where no one would see me). My assistant manager found me sobbing and called my mum to come get me after helping me calm down a bit. 2 weeks later I was told she put me on disciplinary for “behaviour”. I had done nothing wrong and I didn’t cause any issues in front of customers or staff. I just sat and cried in a corner on a day I wasn’t even supposed to work. This was pure ableism. I found out later, after I quit because of this, that she was fired on theft, bullying of staff and other charges that were over a page long. Sorry this is super long and kinda late but I wanted to share my story. Thank you for reading. Edit: spelling

Manifesting a boss like him, strict yet flexible and understanding. He starts off prejudice and unsure of Youngwoo until he realizes beyond her quirks she's very good at her job. I think what made me like him was the fact he refuse to process her resignation, he knew the reason why but he also know she's a capable attorney and one bad case doesn't mean it's too late. I hope he remains at the firm in season 2 and if not still manages to help Youngwoo through her cases even if he wouldn't know much because of the client-attorney policy

He nailed his character in this drama. Just an amazing actor all around. Pleasure to watch him act 👍

I do have a Mentor like him who guides, supports and encourages you and is also firm (when needed) to make you understand your shortcomings. We have been working together for a decade and he is now more like a father figure to me. Having such people in life is a blessing 😊 Attorney Jung reminded me of him.

He deserves so much the recognition he is getting I have always loved him because even in small roles he was able to grab the viewers attention I have always said that I wanted to see him as a protagonist, he would be amazing I think…

Yo, those 1st couple scenes w/ him were shaky lol. I thought he was about to be the character I HATED. But he quickly & easily became one of my absolute favorites! 😍 This entire show just as easily & quickly became one my most favorites of all time! I re-watch the episodes like clockwork & I like NEVER do that outside of reruns of old TV shows 😭 So thankful they made it 🥺♥️✨️

Kang Kiyoung is one of my most favorite actors, and away from acting he's so funny too!

He's smiling with a low-key swearing (you don't want to lose even a single word, do you? shibaiii). This means he's feeling both relieved when she comes back and start to get used to and ADMIRE her stubbornness. I'm sad that this part is often cut out (in other FMV) because they think that's just a swearing but nah, they just don't understand enough. That's the true charming point of Attorney Jung and the excellence of the writer!
