How am I supposed to know the difference between "seek shelter" and just a fire alarm?

Seek shelter is one 3-Min tone, where as the fire tone goes up and down. At least here in Mi. Here is a link to a video, not mine, of the Seek Shelter tone. kzread.info/dash/bejne/c22kq9dsnajIkrA.html
