That woman who told you were going to hell was beyond rude. Only God knows.

My mother completed suicide at 52 years, many people told me she would not reach heaven. I was very depressed for years after.

thanks for sharing your journey... many who attempt suicide end up maiming themselves. i shot myself in the head the day after my 22nd birthday and Jesus miraculously saved my life, which led me to know Him. God bless you!

@@elainebraindrain3174 please let me know you're okay precious. i've subbed to your channel and look forward to seeing you feeling better. lack of family support was a major contributing factor to my attempt. now @50 yrs later, they're still so toxic i've been going through legal proceedings to dissolve any association with them, and have had to go absolutely no contact with them. with being so broken, one of the things that helped most was learning who God says i am. and with giving my life to God, my life is no longer mine to take, but will be his decision. God is with you and wants to bless you. you are precious to Him, and He created you for a special purpose. be blessed darling.

I really appreciate you saying that life didn’t become perfect after you became a Christian. If you could share more about those times…that would be great. It’s easy to have unrealistic expectations. Thanks and all the best/ ❤

The "loving" parents don't sound so great, they sound controlling. Plus church, which is never great.

I'll bet you're not a parent. As a parent you do not have the power to make life a Heaven for your child. You cannot protect him from all the evils of the earth, even if you wanted to. They took her from counselor to counselor, allowed her a lot. They punished her only to make her more responsible, she was a teenager. As a teenager you definitely don't make the best choices. The church is very important, it is a support system, maybe not perfect, but certainly better than any other organization.

Sorry, but I don’t believe it’s down to God who decides to take a life. That’s like saying God has decided children and adults being murdered was his choice

Yes, it is His choice. He gives some people 3 seconds to live, others hundreds of years. I remember from the Bible when one gathered so much harvest that there was no place to put it and he thought that it was done, now he will live only to enjoy life, and God tells him that he is a naive person because that night he will demand his soul, and others will eat its harvest. Crime is not God's choice, but when he gives life to the one who is going to be killed, he knows that he will be killed. Should he stop giving him life because he will be killed? Should he stop giving life to the criminal? Wouldn't this mean that our existence would be conditioned by whether or not we do what He wants? There is another case in the Bible where God tells a king not to go to war because he will be killed, but he still goes and is killed. Not the choice of God, but the choice of the king to ignore God.
