sasageyo means "to dedicate" and several other things like "to sacrifice". he did change it, "shinzou wo sasageyo" means "dedicate your hearts". the part of the song where it goes "sasageyo, sasageyo, shinzou wo sasageyo" has been translated here to "sasageyo, sasageyo, give your heart up for tomorrow".
