It feels like a good new foundation. It wasn't anything amazing, or insane, but it definitely was better than all of the previous things. But, if they can expand on it and figure out where to take things that isn't "Hey! Remember Crabcore! We're those people! Listen to this to be reminded of early 2000's!". It piqued my curiosity and will be keeping an eye out for new things

Are there birds on your roof? Or a basketbal court? Not sure but there's very faint squeeks in the background when you're talking. Thought I was going crazy at first 😂 Digged the song though, much better than stuff they've done before! Will someone please link and nerd out about the progression on the chorus???

I mean, yogurts with high sugar contents and low fats won't have high proteins. Versus Greek yogurt with a higher fat content and no actual sweeteners will have pretty high protein naturally. Hell, I'm in Canada and there's a 9% fat option with 5x the protein as typical yogurts 🤷 Decent song, very by the numbers metalcore though. Great song to blend into a playlist with similar tracks.
