CONTEXT:
Atsumu didn’t tell anyone previously because he didn’t want anyone to know or “Think less of him” for not being able to deal with them both.
The Guy was a Stalker who met Atsumu through Volleyball and the Girl was an obsessed fan. The only reason Atsumu added them was because he was too scared and ashamed to physically tell them what’s going on. What happened was that the two had convinced Atsumu to meet them for a friendly talk but in reality was trying to force him to get with one of them. Atsumu was only aware when he got there and forgot to tell Osamu where he was going so hid. The only reason Atsumu didn’t say much during the time of the song is because he was hiding.
