Probably my favorite metalcore band ever. They got me into the genre to begin with. I consider them a pioneer of the genre. Most of these bands don't get any more recognition anymore cause of these new bands who are mediocre as hell, although some of them are good

Heard Blood Children into Bleeding Mascara, and the rest of The Curse when it came out. I was about SEVEN. Big fan ever since

I was about 13ish when I listened to The Curse on a recommendation from a friend. Hooked.

I remember listening to them when I was in Elementary man and they grew up in Orange County where I lived. Love this guys to death

My older cousin got me into atreyu, i've been into them since I was in grade 8. In grade 11 now and still love them! Even though Lead Sail Paper Anchors really did "blow" ;), along with most of congregation of the damned. The curse, a deathgrip on yesterday, and suicide notes and butterfly kisses (tied with a death grip for my favourite album) are the best!

+Canadaguitar I 100% agree on Lead Sails, however I really liked Congregation. Thought it was pretty damn good, especially after their direction choices from the previous album

there were some really good songs like bleeding is a luxury, black days begin ect..but the one before was a death grip on yesterday, personally i think that beats out congregation of the damned

I don't know why everyone hates on Congregation. Personally I liked the album but I like all the Atreyu albums. But I would say The Curse is my favorite and my least favorite would be Lead Sails

They all look miserable lol
