I've been working on this one since I started playing guitar and I always gave up whenever I tried it out. Just because I never knew how to play the intro. Now that I know that it's sweep picking I tried again and practiced the song the past couple of weeks. Firstly started in 2017, I now finally can play this sweep picking pattern acceptably! XD Hope you enjoy! =) Also... I really REALLY want to use my monitor speakers! 😓 It's such a pain in the A$$ to synch the audio to the acoustic string ringing of the guitar.... Dankeschön, Arno! =) jaaa, fies sind die ständigen Tripletten! hoffe ich doch, dass das ganze Üben was bringt ^^ Allerdings habe ich nicht mehr als 3-5h Zeit pro Woche, das ist etwas nervig... Ist einer der neuen Ibanez, aber die Modelle musste ich zurück schicken, weil ich sie nur temporär leihen durfte =)

@@JassyPabst Aus der knappen Zeit holst du aber das Maximum raus. Jeder muss wissen, was er macht, aber ich würd an deiner Stelle mehr Zeit in die Musik investieren und nur noch auf Teilzeit bzw. Midi Job Basis arbeiten um einen gewissen Grundstock zu haben was Kohle bzw. die Krankenversicherung betrifft. Ich habe sehr viele Biographien gelesen von erfolgreichen Leuten - nicht nur Musiker. Viele davon haben zu einem gewissen Zeitpunkt Prioritäten gesetzt bzw. alles auf eine Karte gesetzt... Potential hast Du auf jeden Fall. :-)

@@PeterPretorius- Dankeschön, das bedeutet mir viel 🤗 allerdings befinde ich mich noch in der Ausbildung und muss das noch bis November durchstehen. Denn ohne abgeschlossene Ausbildung hat man keinen Notfallplan. Und das ist heutzutage auch unreflektiert. Mein Plan ist nach meinem Studium nur noch halbtags zu arbeiten. Alles andere macht mich kaputt und aggressiv 😂

What do you think of that guitar ? I tried one at my music store and thought about buying it but I didn’t get to play more metal-ish songs on it. I hate when there’s a too saturated sound, does this guitar minimise it ?

OK.. Fine.. After watching several of your videos, (started wanting to see the shecter red reign guitar) I started to enjoy your personality on guitar. Your skill is fun and your taste is unique and aligns with mine many times. Great job, loved the progression videos and I found it brave and inspiring. If I could ask you one thing, and I'm sure so many times I have read your subscribers ask the same. It would be amazing to see your path of learning. You say several times you are self taught, I seen a couple times you mention you spent roughly 6 hours a week playing. So to get right to it, can you share with us beginning and inspiring guitarists what material(s) you used and found helpful in your journey? Maybe a short video or expanded comment- Help your fans starting out and contribute to the learning side of things since you have reached your level of personal success with the guitar? If you read this thank you for your time and great job believing in yourself and seeing it through! Your videos of progress were very inspiring and I hope to see more material from you that may offer more to absorb and take away with. Take care JJ and keep up the good work!! 🙌

Hey Justin! Thank you very much for taking your time to write such huge Feedback! It is also a video I wanted to do for a long time. But since I started working in May 2018 you might have noticed that I don't upload that many talking videos anymore. Videos like the one you are suggesting always take me a lot of time to cut. And it's even hard enough for me to balance Work, my band AND the Channel whereas most of my colleagues find it hard just to keep up with the work. I cannot promise when the video will happen, but it will happen 😊 in the meantime I hope that the Patreon family keeps growing so that I might have enough time again to focus on KZread!

I only know Atreyu from The Neverending Story 😋 dark and traumatising movie for a little kid... I used to be so innocent... Now I only wear black and I'm into BDSM Edit: It's rather impressive how fast you're able to play with those little sausage fingers 👍

@@LilSirAxolotl I can tell you that this is STUPID!!!! XDDD You are limited in stretches and playing ability with small fingers. I always have to cheat ;) which makes me develop my own playing style. Isn't too bad, but I will never be able to play certain things.
