So essentially ATP is broken into ADP + P Then PC which is broken to release P P is then regrouped with ADP to form ATP which is readily available to give energy?

that's correct. Normally ADP and P wouldn't go together so easily, but because energy is released when breaking the bond between the creatine and phosphate parts of the phosphocreatine molecule, this energy can be used, along with the enzyme creatine kinase, to add the phosphate group to the ADP to form some ATP.

Damn I get it now 😂 I couldn’t grasp this system by just reading about it! Thanks!

How does the phosphate get back on the creatine?

Which of these substrates will contribute to the greatest amount to ATP resynthesis at rest?

generally the Krebs cycle would as it resysnthesises around 29-34 ATP molecules for every glycogen molecule, however it also has the longest recovery time with 24-48 hours.

You don't need a supplement, phosphate is in your food.

@@1stPrivateAccount but i was reading when you cook the meat the creatine denaturets from the meat so this is why bodybuilders tend to take it from supplements not sure if im correct though
